Conjugate Group (CG) is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to work as a marketing intern to develop our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and contribute to our marketing and PR efforts. We are a small but growing biotech consulting firm with an entrepreneurial environment and mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing and cleaning our database/CRM
• Developing reports and metrics from CRM data
• Developing and maintaining social media channels and content
• Contribute to development of marketing collateral and campaigns

Requirements

• Part-time: 10+ hrs/week, on-site
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter, independent – does not require hand-holding
• Engaging personality and strong “soft skills”
• Recent college graduate or current junior/senior
