WALTHAM, Mass., January 23, 2023 – Conjugate Group, a Flexible Drug Development service provider to the biopharma industry, is proud to announce the addition of Kathy McKenna as Senior Director of Business Development, with a focus on the expanding oncology market. Kathy brings over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, with a proven track record of success in business development and management.

Prior to joining Conjugate Group, Kathy served as Director of Business Development for George Clinical, a preeminent full-service CRO specializing in oncology studies. Kathy was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for growth and partnership development in North America and in Asia.

Before George Clinical, Kathy served as Director of Business Development for TFS HealthScience, where she managed client relationships and developed new business opportunities. She also served as Business Development Director for Covance, a leading CRO, where she successfully led business development efforts in the Northeast region.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Business from Providence College, where she graduated cum laude. She also completed a study abroad program at University College London, where she studied sociology and business.
