Conjugate Group (CG) is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter with “full-desk” permanent placement experience placing senior level candidates *(from Director level to C-level roles) in the Life Sciences space. Our company has a large client base in the drug development and clinical trials market segment. Our company culture is based on rewarding the efforts of the people that grow our business. This role will have the responsibility for building a permanent placement revenue channel from our existing client base as well as securing new business opportunities. A secondary charter for this role will be to build and manage a team to further grow revenue in this channel. This will be a key role for the company and will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

Previous full desk permanent placement experience in Life Sciences. Our first preference is someone that has direct experience placing candidates into senior roles in the drug discovery and clinical trials market segment. We will consider exceptional candidates in affiliated areas of Life Sciences if they have a solid understanding of the skill sets in the drug discovery and clinical trials area.
