Patrick Gill Joins Conjugate Group as Director of Business Development
WALTHAM, Mass., April 12, 2023 – Conjugate Group, a leading provider of Flexible Drug Development™ services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Gill as Director of Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in business development and clinical recruiting, Mr. Gill brings extensive expertise to the company.
In his new role, Mr. Gill will be responsible for identifying critical client needs, and providing them with the resources required to meet their clinical milestones. These business opportunities for Conjugate Group will help the company advance its mission as a leading partner and service provider to the biopharma industry, leveraging his extensive experience in staffing, recruiting, and functional outsourcing.

Prior to joining Conjugate Group, Mr. Gill served as Senior Director of Clinical Business Development and Clinical Recruiting at Gemini Staffing Consultants, LLC, where he provided operational oversight and developed innovative cost and resourcing models to maximize process and cost efficiencies for clients. He has also held senior business development and clinical recruiting roles at Clinical Resource Network, Fidelis Companies, John Galt Staffing, and Bioforce Solutions.
